Ricoh Aficio CL7200 problem with curling pages

Frequently the printed page is curled at the two corners (on the side of the paper first coming out of the printer). The corners are curled downwards and you can tell it has happened after having passed the fuser (because the paper is not flattened). I can't figure out how to fix it.

Does the machine have a duplex unit on it? The guide mylars in the duplex often get bent and damaged over time and can cause issues like this.

No, there is no duplex unit. I am not quite sure what "guide mylars" are but I have noticed that on the fuser unit 2 of the 5 little guiding elements are missing.
