    [Error Code] "clean scanner glass" mpc-3300

    My customer has this message, they cleaned the slit glass for the df, am i missing something? Is there a reset of some sort, or a way to disable that warning? It wont go away, im thinking i have to go there and clean optics. But i cant find any info in the manual

      SP4020-001, set to 0 and reboot. Sorted.

          is that in ricoh or kyocera ?
          if in kyocera you Should go to Maintenance mode U326- setting the black line cleaning indication and change the default setting from On to Off
