    Ricoh Finisher SR 960

I have a customer that has a Ricoh 3235C with a SR960 finisher. The moved the machine and dropped the finisher. The belts popped off the trays and they moved out of place. I realigned everything and returned the belt to their place. The finisher jams every copy now. The paper gets to the exit of the finished then stops. Any suggustions on to fix this would be great!!

    Thanks...

    Where to start?

I suggest though if it's been dropped and the frame's been bent, your basically on a hiding to nothing trying to fix it.

Could really be anything. Bent frames, broken electronics, etc. Finishers are complex machines and any parts that are bent can cause jams. Check the jam history to see where and how the paper jams.
