When press fax button, no fax tone and cannot send and receive fax. Telephone line is ok. Already tried to clear memory but still the same. Anyone can enlighten ? Thanks in advance.

Might sound sill but make sure that you have plugged the phone extension into the right socket on the fax board, Line and not phone. Also are you using the lead supplied with the fax unit and is there another extension lead between that and the wall socket. sometimes the extension leads can cause problems.
