Aficio 2020 with light and grainy image

Hey guys...been doing a home job so am kinda reluctant to throw parts at it but I am also fairly new to these machines having mainly worked on the newer MPC range.

The machine is an Aficio 2020d with 160k pages. The image is very light and grainy. I figure its gonna need dev to make it dark again, but im unsure about the grainyness. I guess its the drum but before I spend a heap of money just want another opinion. Also I cleaned the laser slit glass and its very clean.

Also, if I get a new drum assembly will it come with dev already in it? or do I have to order both parts?

PCU (drum assembly) and developer are ordered separately. If the existing PCU and developer have over 60k on them then it's likely worth your while to install new. Also check the positioning of the drum flap (to be sure it is opening fully) and ensure the transfer roller springs are in place before getting the new parts though.
