    mp4000 sc101-02 after 30+ copies

    i have turned on the lamp on in ouput mode ok. i can see the lamp turning on when makng few copies. when the customer makes over 20 plus copies through the adf, copies come out full black and i can see the lamp is not turning on. i have updated the engine and system firmware with no effect. checked all connections on the sbu and the lamp. ok.will i need to replace the lamp?

      Sounds like a lamp regulator problem.......

          replace xenon lamp for sc 101 , for sc 102 replace stabilizer ( lamp regulator ) to solve your problem. i already experience 2x before.
