MP3350 miss feed in P1

Hello everyone, i have an mp3350 with a miss feed problem.
The error is saying original miss feed in P1. There is nothing there from what
I can see and I have also checked the P2 area and again can see nothing. Anyone can shed some light on this problem.

Sorry about the questions:
Did you saw all the sensores in the back?
What does it say in the panel about the paper sizes?
In this model happens all the time one of the sensores break and enables to read proparly the paper sizes.

If you can't see paper anywhere, take the top cover off the feeder and check (with a flashlight) that there are no paper scraps, or paperclips or staples, stuck down between the guides. Have seen that happen a lot.

Are you able to clear the jam message by opening and closing covers? Can you make a copy from any other cassettes?
