    Is there a side to side registration i can adjust on this machine?

      You mean thru the ADF or from the tray? From the tray no side to side but you can adjust it thru adf in SP mode 6xxx

          SP1002-1~6 will adjust the side to side off the glass
          Use the trimming area pattern for best results
