hi guys i have got an aficio mp 2550b which doenst want to do duplex it jams at jcn sn late any idea guys

Check the Junction Gate and solenoid.

Did you clean the transport rollers???

This problem is in all probabilty the lug that the solenoid pushes against is broken off from the junction gate. replace the junction gate the lug is at the front end of the Junction gate. The cause is in all probabilty a customer slammed shut the side door with such force the lug has broken off. Closer inspection of the gate will reveal all.
