    3035 squiggly line

there is a squiggly line coming out on the copies of our 3035. I can see the line on the drum and I feel like i replaced the drum blade recently so i just wanted to check if anything else would cause this before i start ordering parts

The drum blade is probably nicked. It shifts front to rear by way of a cam as the drum rotates.

Could also be a mark on the charge roller.

Defective cleaning blade can cause this problem...Also check too make sure that the waste exit mechanism is paddling toner out of drum unit because that will build up and cause undo pressure on the blade and drum causing drag lines that look like cleaning blade lines... We also buy katun blades and oem blades some times we go through a run of bad blades...Be carefull when installing the blade with out takeing chroller out you can warp it and cause lines...squiggly is the key word here because the blade bracket shifts front too back with drum rotation...
Hope i helped if any more questions please post reply..

When it comes to this breed of machine, don't just replace single parts in the PCU. If you've got reason to change the drum, change the blade, brush and charge roller as well.
It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

            Hit it.
