[Error Code] MP 7500 SC 569

Hi all,

I'm not real big in the ricoh department, mainly sharp. got this trade in that I am checking out. When it powers up it gives me an SC 569 error code. Any one have a description of this code, or a good starting point? All help greatly appreciated.

Never mind, already got this one licked. Turned out to be fuser problem,

It's a fusing pressure release motor error. Pull off the fuser front cover and make sure the HP sensor connector is plugged in and the sensor is intact. ooops. I was a minute too late on the post

It's a "Pressure Roller release Error", if you remove the front cover of the fuser unit, under the cleaning web unit, there is a sensor that checks if the pressure roller is released after the copy to prevent ovalizing of the pressure roller, check if the sensor is broken or the cable is loose. If you don't find the sensor follow the three cables of the cleaning web unit, two are for the cleaning unit and the third goes to this sensor.
