savin 2575 sc440 help

[apcrap]

working on a savin 2575 with a sc440 code . I checked the drum assy , transfer unit and everything spins smooth . All 3 paper drawers wont lift , checked all fuses on power supply and checked main motor in i/o mode just codes out . Im going to see if im getting 24v at the main motor . has anyone had this problem??????????????/

i have same problem on ricoh aficio 1060 . i 've tried replace drive broad ,main motor , paper tray control broad . nothing


happens .

Check the waste toner transport for the transfer belt unit. It is driven off the main motor. If it becomes clogged, it will cause a main motor lock error. Check the rest of the waste toner system as a backup going into the waste toner bottle can cause the transport tube to clog.
