The first part:
You can skip some of the options below, depending on whether you are changing details of a Destination or a User
You can change as few or as many details as required
Follow these steps:
Press the [User Tools/Counter] key
Touch[System Settings]
Touch the [Key Operator Tools] tab then touch [Next] to view the second page of this menu
Touch the [Address Book Management] key then touch the User/Destination key that you want to change ( see below for tips on how to search for these keys)
2nd part:
touch [Change] and use the [Backspace] or [Delete All] key on the display keypad to remove the existing name
key in a new name then touch [OK]
the User (Destination) Name box will now show the new name
do the same to change the name of the title that you want to appear on the Key Display ( if you decide to skip this step, the User (Destination) Name will appear here by default)
select the Title Key - your user/destination will be stored under the selected title letter or number

3rd part:
use the [Backspace] or [Delete All] key to remove the existing fax number then enter a new number from the blue numeric keypad
touch the [OK] key located next to the [Delete All] key (not the [OK] key at bottom right of the menu)
switch the International TX Mode by touching its associated [Change] key, selecting [ON] or [OFF], then touching [OK]
change the Fax Header by touching its associated [Change] key, selecting one of your pre-programmed headers, then touching [OK]
switch Label Insertion (not shown) On or Off
<br/ > Touch[User Code] if you have enabled User Code Management and want to change the 8-digit code that the new user must enter before operating the machine:
touch the [Change] key and enter a new 8-digit code from the blue numeric keypad
touch the Hash key (#) then touch to highlight the functions whose access that you want to restrict with the User Code<br/ >
