Ricoh CL7000 Transfer Unit won't lock

Hi

Had transfer unit out to clean sensors, put unit back in and it won't lock home. (sits out about 5mm. Ive had this unit in and out several times for cleaning without problems. Its as if one of the locating pins is missing its hole slightly.
Anyone had similar problem, any suggestions appreciated.

Thanks for the help Zeldaman. All is fixed, turned out to be the top front steel frame of the tranfer unit where the top securing screw is was ever so slightly bent outwards and would bind on the top front locating pin. A bit of gentle persuasion and all is well.
