Screen wording problem on MP6001

Hi

I have problem with MP6001 Screen. On screen it display 'A4 like [] '& some white line on right. On SP mode can not see nothing, word are illegibile. I replaced the LCD Screen, problem still remain. What to do? Now I order the LCD screen main Board. Help Me Please

Re flash the firmware. Include the language.

I Tried to flash the firmware & language. Before i began, i copy the firmware to an Sd card 32mb on a create 'ROM' folder on pc. Then i switch off the copier machine, enter the sd card to slot 2 in copier machine. Switch on the copier machine here nothing happen no display of update only Please wait then the normal display Ready began. What to do?

Name the folder on the SD card romdata, then in that place another folder with the build number for the machine (the D number in this case) then place the firmware in that folder. You might as well re-flash or update everything as up to date firmware is always a good thing.

and be sure the SD card isn't locked.
