Hello Every One

I am facing a problem on ricoh sc 443 once machine start and the code appear
any one have a idea about that

That would be ur image transfer unit error sc (443)

Check transfer unit,and clear error in service mode.

Remove the image transfer belt unit and rotate it by hand. They usually tear on the rear edge and then the tear will jam the belt from rotating. If it is torn replace the belt with a new one.

I had one where the ITB tore and part of it wrapped around the transfer roller. I didn't see it at first and the machine kept throwing the code even after I replaced the belt.

Another option is to fully vac out the cleaning unit on the ITB belt, and check the gears on the cleaning unit are rotating properly, i had the same problem and waste toner had jammed up the gears.
