The machine goes to load toner and doesn't stop the motor and pump kept making noise as if trying to pump air. I noticed a kink in a tube and adjusted it and the problem went away for a day now it came back and toner won't load again any ideas thanks

If you had a kink in the hose, chances are that the toner clogged up inside the hose. Clean or replace the hose for the affected unit. I had one several months ago with a bad toner 'pump' in the black supply. They sit on top of the dev units toward the back and it was a PITA to change but it fixed the issue...haven't heard a peep since.
If you have toner on the transfer belt, chances are you have a bad dev unit or possibly a defective dev clutch.
Check the condition of the drum unit as well.sigpic
Relax! This firmware injection won't hurt...but it will take 45 minutes.
