    Stats and thermistors okay?
It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

    Hit it.

Bit of an odd one. By I/O board do you mean BICU?

Pull the fuser unit out of the machine and check the lamp wires in the back of the fuser. Make sure they did not get caught in the drive gear. I have to ask but did you clear the fuser fault by going into service and them shuting the machine off while it is in service to clear the fault. I have had the gears and the drive coupling cut the lamp wire. This also blew out the BICU board and the lvps.

Christ it's been that long since I've seen one of these buggers I can't remember much about them. I'd go with the BICU board for a start, got a spare laying around?
