Ricoh 2025d..how do you make quick dials

I looked thru the operators manual and cant find how to do a quick dial...I have a machine on demo and when I can do this feature they will buy it!!! Any detailed info would be great!!
    Thanks
You never realize how cheap a professional is until after you let an amateur do it.... and
if this was an easy thing to do then everybody would be doing it! But it isn't and they are not!!

Fax speed dials? Put an entry in the address book and program the quick press destination keys on the left (01, 02, 03 etc)
It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

    Hit it.

        Programming Fax Number and E-mail
        Addresses
You can program fax destinations using Address Book Management in the Key
Operator Tools menu under System Settings.
You can also register the programmed fax numbers and e-mail addresses in a
        Group.
        Note
❒ When you press the {Facsimile} key after changing the contents of the Address
Book, such a message appears that indicates that the destination list has
been updated. Press [Exit]. The standby display appears.
        Reference

        “E-mail Destination”, General Settings Guide

Why do they call it common sense?

If it were common, wouldn't everyone have it?
