ricoh cl 7000, poor shine

i have a problem whith a ricoh cl 7000, because de copys had poor shine.

I chek, if i take a copy in mode gross paper, using a normal papel the copi is very good, but in normal mode is sto poor.

i`m thinking if i rise a litle the fuser temp in normal mode, may be the copy stay better?

i need your help, and opinion, and if possible as i can rise a litle the temp.

Hi there!
Check the "User settins", "Maintenance" there must be the option to change the paper-type of the cassettes. This may help.

i will chek, but if it`s like print interface, only in bypass is avaiable gross paper.

Check your fuser. Sounds like the oil is low or the unit needs replacing.
