I didn't work on very many of these, but I pulled these two entries out of Goose's. I hope it helps.

    Background:
Change SP2-912. (What is it? From what to what?)
    On A224 set SP2-999 to '0', SP2-996 to '120', SP2-994 to '10', SP2-911 to '2', & SP2-201 to '600'.
I believe that this machine has a digital display, so you can see what each SP means.
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

You have not given enough information to evaluate the problem . Carrying out the adjustments mentioned will possibly only mask the fault.
Ie : SP2-912 only adjusts Fuser Temp.
The Copier may only require a new PCU [ All-In One] which will self adjust on replacement.

        change the PCU!!

What i strongly believe that your Pcu is overtone..there is no way to adjust the drum value if so.What you need is a new drum(PCU) or you could try to adjust the TD sensor and the toner turning speed this would required skill check the value of TD sensor sp5-220..but my advice to you just change the whole PCU..solve all the problem.

          Hi
This copier was never great on copy quality from what I remember. Try what zkafs suggested, but don't expect great copy quality, even after you replace the PCU.
