Can I trust buying a service manual online?

I have an issue with my ricoh SP C811 DN printer I had an error code SC220 it went away after resetting the count on the black PCU, ran a about 3,000 prints and its back I had a few responses to an earlier post, one was helpful but I need to get a service manual. Doe's anyone suggest buying one online.

I get all my manuals online from Just Manuals | The Internet's largest selection of manuals | Instant Downloads

In my experience Paul has always been an honest businessman. On the few occasions when I have gotten a corrupt document, he has provided an external link to the document. He has occasional 2 for 1 specials. Try Just Manuals.

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
