[Misc] Ricoh CL7200 still steaks after replacing all photoconductor & developer units

I'm having a problem with a faint vertical streak/smear the length of the page and also a dark band about 1/4 inch thick that runs horizontally in one area. This is most noticeable printing on card stock through the bypass tray although it's barely visible through Tray 1 and 2. I've changed the photo conductors and developer units for all colors but the banding is still there. The machine has roughly 42,000 prints on it. Could it be the fuser unit or any other culprits? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Check and clean the transfer belt cleaning blade. Generally, if the blade isn't cleaning properly, you will also have streaks on the backside of the prints. Is it one particular color or a mix?

Clean or replace the Bypass feed roller. It turns twice for card stock and will leave a mark if you use the bypass for duplexing.
Why do they call it common sense?

If it were common, wouldn't everyone have it?
