[Jamming] MP6500 Jamming ,middle sensor

Anyone had Jams at middle sensor on Ricoh MP6500,new feed station installed,jams from all trays except bypass tray which works fine,no dev spillage anywhere.

If the copy count is over 1.5m replace the registration mylars.

Have you had the registration section out to have a look at the internal mylars? They aren't visible from the outside and these are the ones that cause the problems.

Remove the letterbox type cover under the by pass and behind there is an optical sensor that is the middle sensor, Jam 11 I think, any way clean this alomg with the sensor under the dev unit,(reg sensor, gets covered in paper dust), should do the trick for you.
