[CQ] Black Toner problem on Ricoh mpc 2050

Hi

My problem was, faint copy on black & white colour. i have a client that has a ricoh mpc2050. the client have problem with black toner, faint copy. to solve the problem i replace the developement unit with developer. the machine was ok. several days when Black toner finish the client replace it. recovery of toner black ok. the client do copy. A sudden, faint copy again occur. HELP... what step, what to do?

are they using the proper branded toner ? what is the current PM counter showing for the drum unit ?
The drum has a PM life of 60k and so if it is over that could cause problems.

verify if they are using the right toner and not refill. One customer we had they refill the cartridge. also check the toner hopper.
