Stinker trouble on Ricoh AF-2045 (SC-304)

I have a crazy machine. This machine is Ricoh AF-2045. Charge roller bias is go up to 2000V and sometimes machine show the SC-304,

    - I replace the ID sensor,
    - I check the ID sensor connection,
    - I replace the High voltage supply board,
    - I replace the development unit,
    - I replace the drum unit,

But trouble is continues. I am going crazy. Do you have another idea to solve the problem?

Next step is IO board I think. The machine must be mis-reading the ID sensor voltages.
It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

    Hit it.

the charge roller bias will go high gradually when the development roller has toner( flakes )around it or Toner is stuck on the development sleeve. When you repalced the development unit have you returned the charge roller bias to default?

Transfer Unit clean? Maybe it is smearing toner on the drum surface

Transfer unit clean and I don't show a toner on transfer belt. I ran the machine is clearly the right cover. I want to see test pattern. Pattern is show but drum surface has the excess toner same the toner smearing. I have 3 development unit. And I try the all development unit but same situation.

Check if Drum Ground is ok, there is a contact at the end of the drum shaft, if i remember correctly. Also make sure, that the ereasing leds are clean and working.

You default charge roller bias should be between -1450 and -1700 depending on your drum surface. You said that you had the right side door open to see the patch and there was toner all over the drum- this is usually a dev issue. Possibly the mag roller, the dev bias is too high also, sould be around -550v.
Grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change.

Development bias is 550V And Charge roller bias is 1500V but When I open a cover after close the door. Machine is self checking. After Charge roller bias is up the 2000V.

Try cleaning the Dev mag roller. The mag roller may be totally coated in old toner.
Use a scottbrite scour pad (same as you do dishes with) to clean all the old coated toner off the mag roller.
You may also like to check all dev unit electrical grounding points are in postion and clean.
There is a metal tab at the back of the dev unit that must make contact with the top of the doc blade inside dev tank.
