Mpc 4000 fuser setting error message.

Hi all I have a customer who has a mpc 4000 which has fuser setting error message constantly, I have replaced with a new fuser, message is still there.

I have looked at the p to p and the wiring goes to the IO Board.

I shall be going back again tomorrow with a view to carrying out a wiring loom continuity check, just wondered if anybody has come scross this before i order an io board.

we have experience this with MP 4000(B/W) fuser error setting and even when you enter the SP mode the language is japanese. we change the I/O board and it was ok.
