[Dead] low noise during coping some aficio compared to others

some machine during coping(sounds of gear or paper or ...) have very loud sound compared to other machines(same model)
please introduce me about all ways (actions) that must be performed to lower this sound

Could also be flat spots on fuser pressure roller, check to see that they are still round.
