Damaged separators, worn fuser rollers, sticky exit solenoid. More details like the jam codes your getting would be helpful.

Have to agree with cobiray: probably bad separators (fingers). They tend to lose their tensioner springs which causes them to just sit in the paper path. The centre one is the most notorious for this. If your users don't use SEF paper in the trays you may be able to do without it.

See if you can rent a spring hook and a phillips screwdriver it will make your life that much easier.

Turn the knob to rotate the fuser rollers for checking any flat area on the pressure roller.
It happen when multiple copies are making and the pressure roller end up to replaced.
