I am having same problem, would you be so kind to avoid me digging and give me some clue to find the post of the rigth solution?
I tried any word combination in search page to find it. :-)

Ok solved, Swapped SD card and cleared Address book!.

Dear Friends,
gone thru all the replies, I think, and I am sure I resolved this problem somewhat related to Address Book Data Error. I was about to change the Controller but before that I Cleared UCS settings (Address Bk INI - all other related SP in SP 5846-.. Then restarted It was done.
I feel if tried once this, then hopefully the problem will be resolved.
