J007 error in ARDF (MP 5000B)

Guys, I have MP 5000B which jams constantly in document feeder. The leading edge of the paper always stop in the strip glass area and throws jam error J007. I have already cleaned all the sensors I know in the document feeder but still paper jams.Done output check and all mechanisms in the feeder are ok.

Have any idea on this problem?Any insights is highly appreciated.

There is a little "well" on the top of the df that aligns with the sep sensor. It gets paper dust in it and it causes false readings. Blow it out.

Thanks for the quick reply.IN fact, I've already done it.My apology if I did not tell that in my previous thread.Do you think one of the sensors fail and needs replacement?

when you say "constantly" you mean, it Never works or you get a call every day? 007 means the paper doesnt get to the inverter sensor which is a long way from the scan glass, where I understand the paper is stopping. If so, then inverter sensor is not at fault. Maybe a one-way is failing.

The document feeder is not working in any ways. Can you tell me which "one way"are you referring?
