You can download the Smart Organising Monitor to access most of the service menus. I think this may also be built into the PCL driver for this model as well.
SOM > User tools > Printer Configuration > (enter the default service access code for this model range) > SP Mode 2 > Fuser SC Reset.
The print driver does need to be installed and the USB/TCPIP port configured correctly.
The SOM utility uses the print driver to send it's commands to the printer.
Knowledge not shared, is eventually knowledge that becomes lost... like tears in the rain.

Correct, access to the printer's service mode is via Smart Organizing Monitor (SOM). There is no display on the printer to see what you are doing. I had this a fuser error on one of these and didn't have the software. I had to do a little war driving to find an open wi-fi connection and download it (the customer's IT had disabled any ability to download files). It is a pain, but there isn't any other option for the printer. The MFP can be accessed the usual way as it has a keypad and display.
To enter SP mode from the operation panel, do the following:
1/ Press both the Start/Stop key and the Escape key, and turn on the printer.
2/ Keep pressing these keys for more than 10 seconds, then you can access SP mode

Hello? Did my previous post not just say that or am I just imagining it?
Also you need to run SOM if you have a fuser code as it wont let you access SP mode.
You need a USB cable and the login required is Admin074 to access SP mode 2.
