    Ricoh MPC2500

    This customer complains that scanned documents are not printed 1:1. When printing the document is slightly reduced.
    I've tried this with several machines and always get a slight reduction when scanned documents are printed immediately.Is there a setting or adjustment possible to solve this.

    Thanks in advance

    No, it will always be slightly reduced.

    Reason being that you won't get lines from the edges of the originals.

    This has come up numerous times in the past.

        That normally works, but I've had customers who put the scans onto a web page, and they didn't line up correctly; for them it was a major issue.

          1. Press <Scanner> button on front panel.
          2. Press <Scan settings> {Hint it's above Auto density}
          3. Press <Edit tab>
          4. Press <Erase border>
          5. Press <Same-width> or <Different-width>
          6. Press <+/-> to increase/reduce border erasing.

          You can then increase/decrease your scan page size compensate for page boarder showing.

            That only adjusts the amount of image deletion; it has no effect on the overall reduction issue.
