Ricoh Aficio 1065

Always paper jam at the right side after tray pick up the paper.
Initially, found out developer leaking out from developer tank, after doing all the cleaning at gears, clutch, feed rubber and even change a new developer tank but paper jam remain happen often.

anyone face this problem before?

Actually, you should have posted this in the Ricoh section of the Forum.

However, you might need need to replace the feed unit. Developer has leaked in and maybe shorted out one of the clutches or gummed up a one way bearing.

take out each feed unit replace all the one way gears , clean the entire unit (bushings,shafts,quides etc) and finaly check also the belt and the gear in the drive motor of each feed unit

georgereth is right: cleaning the one way gears is useless, you must replace them

thanks for all the advise.
i had replace the clutches, gears and one way bearing, most of the gears in paper feed unit are new.
obviously jam is reduce but remain intermittent jam.
Are there any setting need to be configure?

There are 4 ows in each feed unit you should have replaced. Plus one in the middle section If you have done all of this what is the jam code? Does it jam from all trays or just one?

after the dev spill did yoy clean the registration sensor???? Some itermit jams are also caused by a worn reg mylar... if you see white iacross the reg mylar i would suggest replacing this to solve your jamming problem
