[Misc] scan twain problem with 2035

i donot change any driver my twain ver 3 of 2035 and before all things go well but
i can not now scan
the error following appeared in the computer software
error no . -88
DG DAT MSG iut of expected sequence
please help me

the newest Driver is 3.79, try to install it and see, what happens

I install 3.79 and the same error was appeared
12320:
Cannot find the scanner
check if the scanner main power in on
i guess i must perform 5801 to clear scanner data or ram of my machine
please help me

sometimes the problem happen because of anti virus firewall. try to disable your antivirus firewall. and unblock the twain program.

i set the inteface to Ip 192.168.1.3 and subnet 255.255.255.0 and gateway to 000.000.000.000 and dns to 000.000.000.000
when i want to scan with my program , the nod32 firewall display the following message:
Application:Hypersnap
remote computer: 255.255.255.255
UDP 161(snmp)
and after i allow this connection the following message is appeared :
i can not now scan

Add the port 1022 for firewall exception.
Go to control panel then firewall then exception then add port which is 1022. Hope it will solve your problem

also check your windows version....if xp sp3, vista or 7 ........scanner firmware update first will be the best option

i installed scan router and after that the setting of my scanner is changed and i can not scan anyway(i try the correct firewall setting but my problem is not solved)
also i installed PageScopeDataAdministrator for Konica minolta C450 scanning software and perhaps this program have changed my setting of Scanner of 2035
because after uninstalling this program , my scanner go to failure
please guide me about restoring to the default setting
if you know troubleshooting this problem , please explain exactly, if not , please say my problem to the full-expert technician.

Didnt change to a 64bit OS did you? Wont work with TWAIN

No i used windows 32 bit
