[CQ] Back grounding (toner oversupply) of 2035

Back grounding (toner oversupply) caused by fluctuating TD sensor output when taking a
large number of copies first thing in the morning with Toner Recovery activated
my BICU or Engine Version of firmware is 1.10:13 but version of Controller (main) is 1.06
the back side of copies is dirty but the up side has good quality
please explain the way that correct the fluctuating TD sensor output
    thanks very much
Color printing with lowest cost per page is my love.

SPcode 2802 = TD sensor manual setting(VTmin=default=1 and I changed it to 3 v) to solve Dev type 21 used in this machine

I've seen a lot background issues if the drum reaches ~120k even with healthy dev and original toner of course. A PM should solve the issue in this case. Checking the TD values should be done in the first place of course.
