    RICOH 2022

    Guys,i have got a ricoh 2022 ,everytime i pu a new PCU( type 1027),after btwn 5k-10k copies the drum gets worn out ie dots on copies like it has done its life timewhich is between 60k-90k copies,
    Any help out there?

    I usually get life out of these drums. Are they using generic toner?

      I agree, they generally run beyond the 60k stated life cycle - check toner

        If you use the original toner, these PCU's run way beyond 60k.

          Dots can also mean a lack of circulation in the drum area, causing arcning. Make sure fans and filters are clean.

              changed the transfer roller before but it never changed anything
