    Ricoh MPC2050

Machine had an SC573 error. First I cleaned the thermistors. Thought I had it repaired. Machine dit start up, no errors. And so I went.
Next, 10 minutes later I was called back by the customer. Error SC565 on display !!!
Cleaned again, even placed new heaterlamps !
Still, error comes back, despite resetting and cleaning.

    Someone a clue here ?
    Thanks in advance

Since you did not replace the pressure roller thermistors, I would suggest to replace them (AW10 0127, AW10 0128). There's always time to replace the real expensive parts like PSU and BICU

The SC573 is the end pressure roller thermistor and the SC565 is the preesure roller fusing lamp. If the thermistors don't take care of the issue, then the manula cals for the PSU.

In these situations the thermistor is normally bent causing an overheat which blows the themostats, so you get an overheat code followed by an underheat code. change thermostats as well as thermistors. I would also load the latest firmware.
