Repo low volume from customer who did not use for months. Flat spot on fuser. Kyocera (FS-C1020mfp eqivalent) wants $700 for a fuser so we have lost our arse on this one. I can easily replace the roller and gear if I could only get a valid part number for the heat roller and gear.

Doesn't look like you can order the parts seperately, I've checked all the lists I can think of. Ricoh part number is G166 4013.It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

You have the best time to buy a new SPC 220 or 231 just for parts it's cheaper.

These little machines have a distinct Samsung flavour to them, and Samsung (as good as they are) only want so sell units and not parts,
So you buy a fusing unit or a drive unit - you cannot just buy a bearing or a motor! And yes in some instances it is cheaper to buy and total a machine for parts than to try and order the units.
Same thing on spc420. Complete fusing maintenance kit (including complete fusing unit) is cheaper out here than ordering the fusing unit alone! I'm talking around 10 times!
It pays to shop around as exchange rates cause skewing in parts pricing and sometimes does not make sense at all, but worth a look before spending serious money!Press the GREEN button!!Comment
