I think we're missing something. New machines just work. Sitting in a box shouldn't effect anything. Heck they're packaged to be shipped accross the ocean.

Look thru the installation guide & make sure everything has been done. The last 2 pages walk you thru the DV initialization.

Please do you have SPmode Factory Setting? I didn't see one came with copier, but i have one came with my other copier Aficio MPC6000, just want to check the setting if everything is ok.

Please can you help me send all manual of COPIER B132/B200 or section "4.4.2 Color Registration Error Adjustment" cause I did SP2181 just to make sure that SP2111 was done correctly, but the operation panel didnt show "1".

Did the PM make it - I didn't see anything in my sent messages when I replied.

I think the manual is too big to attach so I googled it NEED RICOH 3260C SERVICE/REPAIR MANUAL. I didn't try to download it so hopefully it is what it says it is. (I guess that depends on what your definition of is is, according to a famous politico)

Sp2111 will fail if the Toner density is off. Also the 3260 uses 2 digits for each color, so you should get 10101010.
