    How do you mean, Tbcnsp?
    Trouble locating calibration mode?
Or trouble getting the screen to calibrate?

    If the former, please press Clear Modes - 1 - 9 - 9 - 3 - Clear(x5).
If the latter, you can try reseating all connectors, but it's been my experience that the touch screen has failed.

    You got problem?

After clearing the memory, or if the touch panel detection function is not working correctly, follow this procedure to calibrate the touch screen.
NOTE: Do not attempt to use items [2] to [7] on the Self-Diagnostic Menu. These items are for design use only.
      Answer
      1. Press the [Clear Modes] key

      2. On the number pad press 1 9 9 3

      3. Press the [Clear / Stop] key 5times

      4. On the touch screen press [Touch Screen Adjust] or press the [1] key.

      5. Use a pointed (not sharp!) tool to press the upper left mark6. Press the lower right mark after it appears.
Touch a few spots on the touch panel to confirm that the marker (+) appears exactly where the screen is touched. If the + mark does not appear where the screen is touched, press Cancel and repeat from Step 4.
      7. When you are finished, press [#] OK on the touch screen (or press[#])8. Touch [#] Exit on the touch screen to close the Self-Diagnostic menu and save the calibration settings

There are problems with this whole line of touch screens. The new part number for Modified unit (if it becomes unresponsive again) is: B223 9900
