[Error Code] Ricoh Mp C3000 with SC224

A little help please..
New customer, they have a Ricoh MP C3000 with a SC 224. The laser slit glass' were very dirty ,cleaned them. It worked for sever days then coded again. Any ideas would be much appreciated.

[Symptom]
SC224 (Magenta: Leading: LD0 Synchronous detection error) occurs


[Cause]
The laser exposure unit is faulty.


more likely dirty in your case inside laser unit
