MPC 3001 Cannot add user through WIM

Anyone ever have trouble adding a user through the WIM? I get an unexpected error message. I have updated all software and verified the NIC is on.

At what point do you get the error, when you initially try and open the WIM or when you try and add a user?

It happens at the point where I try to add it in the address book.

I have seen this happen before. Make sure that the page is completely loaded before pressing the apply or ok button on the page. If that is not the case, maybe there is a setting problem in the browser that is preventing it from working.

when updating do not use the machine as it will show error also.

resolution: reseated all boards and chips on controller. Found that fax battery board was not seated fully, not sure this was the cause, reassembled and now connects.
