    Problem with DF3010 ARDF (Paper Jam intermittent)

    Hi

    I have a problem with DF3010 ARDF (Aficio MP5000). When my client make fifty copy, it block at five copy. paper block near the transport roller not reaching the exit sensor (format A4). I try cleaning the Original Exit Sensor & registration sensor. Problem still occurs. On A3 Its alway block & paper stop between the Original Exit Sensor & registration sensor near the transport Roller. Help...
    Please Can someone sloved this problem.

          If you are sure, that feeding belt and roller is in good shape, have a look at the clutch that drives the feeding mechanism, it tends to get slippery
          If sometimes you feel a little useless, offended and depressed always remember that you were once the fastest and most victorious sperm of hundreds of millions!

              It's been pretty customary for me to clean out the black pads on the opposite side of the sensors. It's a felt/cloth type deal. I use a can of air and just give it a good blow. There's two spots on top when you open the adf door and two when you open the ADF unit. The one to the left has two screws and the metal plate comes down and the other is when you remove the white plate for the platen glass and removed the black lower entrance/exit guide. I usually have no problems with adf jamming afterwords.

                  Open the lid and you'll see three rollers just past the feed belt which continue to feed the paper on. There are two thin ones either side of a bigger one. Make sure that the big one in the centre is not intermittently spinning on the shaft which is supposed to drive it.

                  This is a fairly common fault when the ADF has done a higher volume.
