Had a power serge the other day and now my richoh printer comes on saying service call for a 543 power on off.. Is there a trick to rebooting the system. We already bought the new fuser unit but the light remains on and it does not change the profile for a service call.
Any one know how to REBOOT this printer. I had turned off the printer and then held down the Power and Data buttons until SYSYTEM came on but not sure where to go.
