the two waste toner bottles are empty, what to chek for this SC ?

SYMPTOM
SC495 occurs after the machine is used for a while.
CAUSE
The toner supply tube is not in the correct position and is also bent (assembly error at the
factory).
SOLUTION
Do the following at machine installation:
Procedure 1: Checking the Position of the Toner Supply Tube
From the rear side of the machine:
1. Open the PSU Box (screw x 2).
2. Remove the Rear cover (screw x 4).
3. Remove the Fly Wheel (screw x 3).
4. Remove the ADF Plug Bracket (screw x 4, Connector x 5).
5. Remove the Air Duct Unit (screw x 2, connector x1).
6. Make sure that the toner supply tube is in the correct position.
Correct position:
The tube is to the left of the connector in the photo.
Procedure 2 below.
Correct position:
The tube is to
the left of the connector.
Incorrect position:
The tube is on top of the connector.

Remove and clean toner pump and toner tubes, you may have to replace the pump for better results..

Clean and vacuum ALL the toner pipes to cure this fault.

I vac out back to the toner pot at the top of the toner bank auger.
