    We finally got our service tech replaced for the time being with the next level. He was in yesterday and finally replaced the oil lines, oil pumps, cleaned out the tank,and did an oil change. So far so good, we'll see how it goes from here.

        Yesterday the cleaner blade got all gunked up and had to be cleaned and upon further inspection the fuser roller in our coated fuser is once again begining to chip away about an inch to and inch and a half in from the outside edge...yessssssssssssss
