Firstly, welcome.
Secondly, please don't make us do all your troubleshooting. I'm sure you could provide us with much more info than you have. It will get your issue solved much quicker if you can give as much info for your initial post. Model of the machine would be a good start.

wellcome my friend first check that registration axe is already clean and take off and clean under it and if your drum is unclean from edges clean it it will be no strip in edges otherwise drum unit scratch fom this edges good luck.....Comment
