    Aficio SP C410DN - SC365

SC365 TD Output Minimum Error: Magenta, Vt[M] is .02.
Changed the drum unit, TD sensor init - no change.
    Checked the wiring and it is continuous;
Checked the output on the IOB, Voltage is as expected, though I realize if there was a grounding problem preventing the circuit from completing.
Ricoh Tech Support's suggestions were "check wiring, if nothing wrong there then it could be the EGB."

So, anybody else have this problem/solution to try?
I kind of doubt it is a board problem, just because I've never had it be a board problem in the past (though I am relatively new).*
Have you tried turning it off and on again?

Well, had the board checked out by hytec and they say there is nothing wrong with the board.
So, I'm pretty much at a loss now. The problem doesn't follow the drum when I try it in other machines which has lead me to believe it is in the machine itsself. Reinitializing the TD sensor does nothing. It's loaded with toner from the other machine if nothing else so when I first put it in the TD should be fine. Wiring harness was continuous.
That really only leaves the IOB, unless anybody else has thoughts or suggestions...

Is the machine adding toner properly and is the density good on a sample print (Do printer SP, 1103-02 and check the colour chart it prints out)

I've had a few of the toner hopper units crap out on the newer SPC430 and give this code, the auger inside the hopper unit gets all bound up on itself and the machine doesn't add enough toner.

Alright. After getting the board back and fiddling with the toner bottles, drums, and transfer belt, I got it to stop throwing the SC365 (TD error) and Vt actually reads a normal value instead of .02V. However, the color registration is massively off and doing the maintenance auto adjust fails along with the auto image density adjustment.

Attached is that color patter 1103-02 mentioned above. Going to try to adjust the color registration manually, but I don't think it can move that far.and I got it close enough that it actually did the auto color registration. Hurray.

And the next morning, I turn the printer on and the color registration is off to the same as yesterday. I did 2-111 line adjustment and then did the 2-101 registration adjustment, got the colors pretty close to lined up, though the magnification on magenta is a bit off, doesn't extend out far enough and while there is an SP for magnification adjustment, it won't keep the values I put in (moving it from -.228% to 0%). And it still won't do the auto adjust on the color calibration under the menu.

Somebody lend me a shotgun so I can put this printer out of my misery?

looks like its been awhile since anybody has replied to this. I have have similar codes and come to find out, the customer has let the toner run completly out and the developer unit is out of toner. after replacing the toner bottle and force toner once or twice it corrected itself. I was also having reg problems but it corrected itself after it had enough toner.
But I cleaned the scan glass.......

I may have missed something here, sorry about that if that's the case, still I don't see that the developer portion of the PCU has been replaced in either of these instances. The toner density sensor is in the developer unit, best I can tell.

Basically, the toner has been completely depleted from The development unit therefore it's throws that code. The color registration cannot complete without the toner.
