copy NVRAM from machine that work fine on SD card and write serial number from that machine on paper
5824 NV-RAM Data upload
machine where you want to rewrite NVRAM write serial on paper
replace serial with serial form machine that you copy NVRAM (SP5811-001) turn off then on
load NVRAM
5824 NV-RAM Data download
and turn off then on, put original serial again

So you're going to load all the settings from one machine to another. Like TD-sensor settings, voltages etc? Not a good idea!

Replaced the two IC EPROM (512-1, 512-2) in the controller. All work.
